Volume Unmount Error | Container Lookup failed

Question asked by kkumar27 on Dec 21, 2015
Hi,
We freshly built up a cluster with 4 nodes but due to some corrupt disks we had two disk failure on a node. We removed those disks from MapRFS. As we had already created the volumes on the cluster so we deleted those volume as the volumes were inaccessible due to disk failure. We had 1 replication factor.

But there are some volumes which we are unable to delete/unmount. It keeps on throwing the below error.

    maprcli volume unmount -name TEST-VOL
2015-12-21 10:19:06,0720 ERROR Cidcache fs/client/fileclient/cc/cidcache.cc:516 Thread: 20969 ContainerLookup failed, No master found for cid 2185, CLDB:

Please let us know what we are doing wrong here. We tried stopping the warden and running the maprcli command, but that didn't helped us.
As we need volume with same name, so removal is required.
