MapR Tickets - Secure Cluster

I have just dove into the world of a MapR Secure Cluster.  Since I am running Mesos, this is a bit odd of a questions, but I will try anywho.  I am trying to understand "service tickets"  I ran a service ticket request on each node in my cluster for my user running Marathon.  Then one of my Marathon tasks had a uri of hdfs://path/to/mytgz.tgz  for it's task. (Basically Marathon issued a hadoop fs -copyToLocal command on that TGZ.

I getting an error

copyToLocal: failure to login: Unable to obtain MapR Credentials.

Now, I was assuming that with a service ticket, the user that marathon is running as should just be able to use the hadoop command... right? Or am I missing something on how tickets work?  If more info is needed, please let me know.

Thanks!
