Try to use the 0.98.12-mapr-1506-m7-5.0.0 version client to connect to maprdb

Output of the maprdb version is:

`> hbase version`

`> 2015-11-30 16:18:45,694 INFO  [main] util.VersionInfo: HBase 0.98.12-mapr-1506`

however when I try to execute the java client with checkAndPut() function on HTable class. I got the following error:

`java.io.IOException: checkAndPut() on '/test/service' failed with error: Invalid argument (22).

Any ideas on how this could happens?
