2 node centos 7 cluster setup - quick install fails

Trying to set up a 2 node cluster on centos 7 with a Quick Installer configuration file. Getting the error `cannot detect command to enable service nfslock, typo or init system potentially unknown`.

I've tried uninstalling nfsutils and nfsutils-lib to no avail. Oddly, `systemctl enable nfs-lock` does fail, but the service still reports as started (even after reboot). I think maybe nfs-server or rpcbind is starting it. Is it possible that the mapr quick installer doesn't play nice with systemd?

Getting the below output from mapr quick install script:

Now running on Added Control Nodes: [barry]

Control Nodes have failures. Please fix the failures and re-run the installation. For more information refer to the installer log at /opt/mapr-installer/var/mapr-installer.log
