MapR showing low data replication yet no drives are failed

Running M3 v. .. had been running great for 6 months...all of a sudden 5 days ago we got low data replication errors..says our main data volume (200TB) is only 99% replicated..have min/max copies set to 2.

Normally, this problem happens when we have a drive failure...within a few hours data is copied a round and then the error clears itself...we replace the drive when we get to it, yada yada yada.

However, this time we've had this error for 5 days, there is NO data shifting going on (as per the CLdB status page) and regardless none of the hard drives are showing failed...confused.

Thoughts on what to look at?
