Hadoop OpenTSDB2.0 configuration issue

Question asked by sshukla on Nov 29, 2014

I have a Hadoop 2.4.1 cluster running Zookeeper, CLDB and jobtracker services. I am trying to setup OpenTSDB 2.0 service to work with it running on an independent node. Issue is OpenTSDB 1.0 worked fine, but when I try to setup OpenTSDB service, it tries to look HBase client and HBase region service. As per my understanding, Mapr uses HBase APIs and hence these client services are not required to be running. Everything ran fine with OpenTSDB 1.0 service.

Following is the error snippet when I try to start OpenTSDB 2.0 service:
