Fatal Errors encountered when installing MapR 3.1.1 package on Ubuntu

I tried to install MapR 3.1.1 package on Ubuntu 12.04.4. I followed the instructions on http://doc.mapr.com/display/MapR/Quick+Installation+Guide. After I finish the

SSH section, I got errors:
