Unable to start WEB UI

Running Version 2.1.3.19871.GA

Following a system crash and subsequent re-boot, I have been unable to access the admin web app which runs on a Ubuntu system.
The adminuiapp.log log shows:

cat adminuiapp.log

Exception in thread "main" java.net.BindException: Address already in use
at java.net.PlainSocketImpl.socketBind(Native Method)
....

So I looked to see what is listening:

 # sudo netstat -plunt|grep 8443

tcp6       0      0 130.199.254.254:8443    :::*                    LISTEN      23094/java

 # sudo lsof -p 23094

lsof: WARNING: can't stat() fuse.gvfsd-fuse file system /run/user/xxxxx/gvfs

I tried running '/etc/init.d/mapr-warden stop', killing the pid, and restarting warden. I get the same (address in use) error
in the adminuiapp.log

Any suggestions? A reboot needed?
