I'm having a problem sometimes where a directory on our MapR-FS is created by a Hadoop MR job can't be deleted. I'm logged in as the mapr user and from a -ls it looks like mapr owns the directory but I get this when I try to delete it:

    [mapr@ecwi-mapr1 ~]$ hadoop fs -ls /PracticeVisitData/visitdata/avimark/Found 1 items
    drwxrwxr-x   - mapr mapr          0 2012-09-29 18:58 /PracticeVisitData/visitdata/avimark/_logs
    [mapr@ecwi-mapr1 ~]$ hadoop fs -rmr /PracticeVisitData/visitdata/avimark/_logs
