Rebooted our webserver after some issues and now known valid user/pass combinations are not working.  Two things stand out in in the logs, and was wondering where we should look from here.

in the adminuiapp.log

<pre>

</pre>

Comes up alot
and in pam.log
<pre>

PAM Response: Bad item passed to pam_*_item()
PAM Response: Authentication failure
</pre>

Any help would be appreciated.
