mapr_fstab workaround for 2.0 when not running MapR processes as root

I am noticing with new 2.0 version of MapR running as non-root user with mapr_fstab I get this error:
Retrying mount(s) in 20 seconds
Attempting to mount directories: attempt #:21
Mounting /home/dsadmin/mapr failed: ret=1 o/p: mount: only root can do that

This is actually expected behavior as only root can mount filesystems and I see when I do a 'ps –ef' on the script /opt/mapr/bin/ script it is run as the user mapr, not root which is probably the root of the issue.
