ERROR (10009) -  Couldn't connect to the CLDB service

I have clean ZKdata and reinstall zookeeper ,but when i type "/opt/mapr/bin/maprcli acl edit -type cluster -user hadoop:fc",it always show "ERROR (10009) -  Couldn't connect to the CLDB service".

**the warden log said**

i have try many many methods but it don't work.I hope someone can help me.
i want to remove zookeeper and install it again ,how to remove it in the disk or set it returns the default settings
