when i put the mouse over the node logo , it shows me the tips which is "all mapr-fs disks on the node are dead or offlined",i would like to ask what command is start the mapr-fs , thanks for help

If you don't see "FileServer process down" alarm for that node, it means that most-likely you have mfs process running, but you don't have any disks allocated to MapR-FS.
To just start mfs, you can use the UI, go to the node properties page (by clicking on the node) and start the Fileserver process.
If it is the issue of disks as mentioned above, refer to the following to add disks to MapR-FS:
