Keeping Zookeeper Orderly & use of Zookeeper

I noticed that mapr seems to create a bunch of nodes in zookeeper at the root level.  We use zookeeper for a number of things and would love to keep it more orderly.  Additionally, we would potentially like to run more than one mapr cluster against a single zookeeper cluster.  Can we move everything to a separate subnode (e.g. /mapr/batch-cluster and /mapr/realtime-cluster)?  Is it possible to run multiple clusters of mapr against a single zk cluster?
