Hi Team,

I am trying to install Impala on linux machine  which is isolated from a mapr cluster.

My linux machine on centos 7.0  and mapr cluster is having basic  hadoop eco-systems installed.

I am trying the below senario:

In my linux machine I installed impala(imapla server ,statestore, catalog store) and tried to get the meta store

information from hive which is installed in mapr cluster.Accordingly I have changed all the necessary information in

impala file.I tried to starting the impala services like statestore ,metastore, impala daemon.Immediately after when I check the status I could see "Impala Server is dead and pid file exists".

I wanted know whether this feasibility is there or not. If yes please help to understand what is wrong I am doing here.
