Mapr installer web UI showing no already provisioned node groups when trying to extend cluster

Currently trying to test how to add another node to a cluster following the mapr6.0 docs (Extending a Cluster by Adding Nodes) with the web interface. Seeing a problem where, when clicking the "extend cluster" button, the GUI for provisioning groups and services shows that no services are provisioned to any group.

This would imply that every time I needed to add a node, I would have to re-provision all of the services. Looking in the MCS for the existing cluster shows that the services are in fact provisioned to different nodes, but it seems that the installer is not recognizing this. I do not think that this is what I am supposed to be seeing. Is this correct? Should I be seeing the existing nodes already provisioned? If so, what can be done to fix this?

Thanks.
