Use different versions of /conf/mapr-clusters.conf

We have a use case where a client host needs to connect to different clusters at different times. We can use different versions of /mapr-clusters.conf to specify which cluster and CLDB nodes a client is connected to. A  simple question: how do we specify which version of /mapr-clusters.conf to use?

Is there a fine grain method to specify which /mapr-clusters.conf to use without using MAPR_HOME (as there are other configs we don't want to duplicate and can't change as it's located a protected shared drive).
