It has been over a year since I started MapR courses. I would like to start over without changing my login ID. Is that possible? If I go through the courses again, the quizzes will not be the same as if taking for the first time.
Once you pass a quiz, it does not allow you to retake it. That is probably what is happening (assuming you passed the quizzes a year ago). Unfortunately, there is not a way to reset this.
Hi John Endress
Welcome back! Since your question is about MapR courses, I have moved it to MapR Academy community for more students like you to learn about your question and the answer.
To answer your question, you should able to log in using the same login as when you set up the account as long as you remember the password. You should able to access all the courses you have registered a year ago by going to your Profile. Please see https://community.mapr.com/thread/4032-how-do-i-find-my-courses .
Please note that we do constantly updating our course materials. The quiz may be different depending on which course you are referring to.
Please check https://community.mapr.com/docs/DOC-1140 for more info.
Unfortunate, but I understand. Thank you for your persistence.
