What do I do if a course video or audio isn’t playing or I get an "Invalid Source" error?
MapR Academy on-demand courses stream content to you from our content management systems (CMS). In some cases, a personal or corporate firewall will block content from common CMS domains to reduce the risk of malware being downloaded. The security settings for your web browser will allow MapR Academy content from our specific CMS domains, while still protecting your system from other, unknown content.
You will need to provide security exceptions for the following domains:
For Corporate Firewalls:
Submit a ticket with your IT department, to request access to content from the domains listed above.
For Private Users:
Follow the directions for your specific OS and browser to allow content from the domains listed above. Note that the directions to allow domain access can vary even between versions of the same browser, so make sure that you find the steps for your specific browser and OS combination.
