I scheduled the exam and on same day received cancellation email. There is no clear reson mentioned on examslocal portal and when I reached out to examslocal.com they have no clue and said work with MapR.
A handful of registrations were cancelled on examslocal in error. Yours was probably one of those. If you would provide your MapR Academy username or email address we will be happy to correct this. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would prefer.
Here you are asking for the user to provide the details so that you can fix it, while I am also facing the same issue. But your response to my query was totally different. I was asked to pay extra money, if I want to give the exam now.

Not the same issue. aexpsas's problem was different than yours. Your records indicate that you indeed took the exam on Feb. 7. Aexpasa had not taken the exam, so we reinstated his registration. Please see the more detailed response to your message to email@example.com.
Thank you for helping me resolve the issue with my exam being unscheduled accidentally due to an issue on examlocal portal. As you pointed out I did not take the exam and adding this note for folks who do not have complete context regarding my query.
