Configure.sh not updating configuration on Client Node

Initially I configured Client A for Cluster named AAA. Now I want to modify Client A to Configure named BBB.

I ran below command:

sudo -E /opt/mapr/server/configure.sh -N BBB -c -C node1:7222,node2:7222,node3:7222 -HS node8 -RM node9,node10 -Z node4:5181,node5:5181,node6:5181

It is updated the mapr-clusters.conf file but it is not updating RM values in yarn-site.xml

Is there any way I can flush/purge the Cluster AAA configurations using configure.sh ?
