MapR Sandbox issue - no /user/user01 directory

Hi,

 

I have been having recently issues with connecting MapR Sandbox (v. 5.2.0) via vmware.

After starting a machine I get the following message:Error - services did not start

After trying to login as user01 I get the message:

No directory /user/user01

Folder /user is empty (no users have been created).

 

pullcentralconfig.log:

Logp

 

This is strange even more as the same vm used to work couple of days ago on the same machine.

I tried different locations and IP addresses - same issue.

Does anyone know what could be the problem?
