Is there any flag like --v or -verbose to run commands in verbose mode to know more about running operation
Krishna Chaitanya For maprcli specific verbosity, you could enable that generally via,
maprcli <command> -cli.loglevel DEBUG
Another way would be to do,
export MAPR_RPCTRACE=5 # Enable maprcli debugexport MAPR_RPCTRACE=0 # Disable maprcli debug
Then there are various other component specific debugs that is normally enabled while troubleshooting issues which out of the scope of this discussion.
Specific to your command below,
/opt/mapr/server/configure.sh -R -ES ...
you should be able to see the events in the log under /opt/mapr/logs. Hope that helps.
venkata Gutta, can you share your experience?
Krishna, have you taken a look at these resources?
volume list - MapR 5.0 Documentation - doc.mapr.com
Also if interested in other maprcli, check out these mapr-cli
Ali Alvarez Thank for the links, but i already gone through those links. I'm looking for
/opt/mapr/server/configure.sh -R -ES <comma-separate list of Elasticsearch nodes> -OT <comma-separate list of OpenTSDB nodes>
I want to run similar to above commands to know the background process with verbose
Krishna Chaitanya Appreciate your quick confirmation. Thank you.
