Can we use other NOSQL databases in Mapr clusters? Can we use graph databases such as neo4j, giraph?
We can use NOSQL databases with MapR. As a document-oriented database MongoDB we can use with MapR , but we have to install all additional databases and have to configure on own. it won't come up with the Community or Enterprise edition.

Coming to neo4j , we can use spark for using this in distributed mode of computing and storage.

You can use any NOSQL database or other database w MapR.
The question is ... do you expect MapR to support those products?
MapR sits on top of a cluster of Linux boxes, so you can place any other software on top of those machines.
You just need to make sure that you account for the resources required by that product.
The real question is if you want to do it.
For example, you could put Cassandra on a set of machines that are also part of your MapR cluster provided you have enough resources (memory, cpu, disk...) to keep both happy. But you may also want to place them on their own machines to help manage resources. So in a dev environment you could share resources, that in production would be kept separate.
