I'm wondering if there is an AMI (Amazon Image) for the labs sandbox?
I don't want to download the 3Gb sandbox but would rather prefer to launch run it on an EC2 instance.
We do not have AMI images for the course sandboxes. It's possible to use AWS for some of the courses and lab work. This thread has some tips on setting up an AWS cluster for ADM 2000: How to get a cluster for testing (ADM 200)
Other courses requires the sandbox if you want to follow all of the labs, as the data files are part of the Sandbox.
The thing is I can't run the Sandbox (the Virtualbox image) on my MAC because it just slows down the whole machine and at some point the machine is not even responsive.
I'll try to setup a cluster as suggested but if you have any scripts for installing the needed software it will be appreciated.
