Recommendations for Configure Disks during install

Trying to install MapR and very new to this. I've come to the Configure Nodes part of the install process and am not sure which disks to use. Leaving the Disks entry open I click Next and get to the Verify Nodes page, which fails.

I have 10 nodes (8 data nodes and 2 name nodes). The available options for each data node:

  • /dev/mapper/unassigned--hostname--vg-root2 TB
  • /dev/sda (11 MB, boot)
  • /dev/sda2 (244 MB)
  • /dev/sdb (2 TB)
  • /dev/sdc (2 TB)
  • /dev/sdd (2 TB)
  • /dev/sde (2 TB)
  • /dev/sdf (2 TB)
  • /dev/sdg (2 TB)
  • /dev/sdh (2 TB)
  • /dev/sr0 (1024 MB) (on 5/8 nodes)

The available disks on the name nodes:

Name 1Name 2
/dev/mapper/unassigned--hostname--vg-root (558 GB)/dev/mapper/hadoop--n2--vg-root (135 GB)
/dev/sda1 (243 MB, boot)/dev/sda1 (243 MB, boot)
/dev/sda2 (1 KB)/dev/sda2 (1 KB)
/dev/sdb (2 TB)/dev/sda5 (418 GB)
/dev/sdc (2 TB)/dev/sdb1 (243 MB)
/dev/sdd (2 TB)/dev/sdb2 (1 KB)
/dev/sde (2 TB)/dev/sr0 (1024 MB)
/dev/sdf (2 TB)
/dev/sdg (2 TB)
/dev/sr0 (1024 MB)

Do I just pick all disks? Are there recommended settings?
