Hi all,

We have a three-node MapR cluster (ver 5.1). When restarting the cluster node-by-node, a weird issue happens which is the zookeeper service in a node couldn't start with the errors:

$service mapr-zookeeper status

JMX enabled by default

Using config: /opt/mapr/zookeeper/zookeeper-3.4.5/conf/zoo.cfg

/opt/mapr/zkdata/zookeeper_server.pid exists with pid 11624 but no zookeeper running.

After see this link: zookeeper fails with "Parent /services_config/fileserver missing for /services_config/fileserver/mapr07.localdomain" I have moved away the folder "version-2" in /opt/mapr/zkdata,  and could able to start again zookeeper on the node. However, the: service mapr-zookeeper qstatus got the errors:

[root@robb zkdata]# service mapr-zookeeper qstatus

JMX enabled by default

Using config: /opt/mapr/zookeeper/zookeeper-3.4.5/conf/zoo.cfg

Error contacting service. It is probably not running.

And the cldb services on other nodes are not running properly as well,

[root@sansa conf]service mapr-cldb status

2.7.0

/opt/mapr/pid/cldb.pid exists with pid 32251 but no CLDB.

Please help to fix this issue.
