Trying to install MapR but after installed mapr-setup link is not opening in browser

Make sure you are using https:// and not just http://.
Also, if you are setting up a cluster in the cloud, each node typically has a public (external) IP address used to connect to a node, and an internal IP address that is used to connect between nodes in the cluster. Make sure you are using the external IP address to try to connect to the MapR Installer, and not the internal one. It's possible that the URL provided when the mapr-seup.sh script completes is an internal IP address - you have to convert that to the correct external IP address if that's the case.
If neither of those is the problem, make sure that port 9443 is open.
You might want to validate whether the Installer completed and there's something listening on 9443. To validate on Red Hat run:
lsof -i :9443
