Spark Essentials Course Lab 3: How do I get 'Run as Maven Install' in scala-eclipse IDE?

The instructions in lab 3 of the Spark Essentials course indicates to "Right mouse click on the project and select run as maven install."  That is not an option in the scala-eclipse IDE I installed (per the instructions).  My IDE indicates that M2Eclipse is installed, but the closest I come to it is selecting Run Configuration, which then has a New Configuration under Maven Build, but it's asking for settings that I'm not familiar with.  How do you get "maven install" as an option?
