Abstract: In this webinar we will compare Apache Apex vs Storm. We will cover fault tolerance, low latency, connectors to sources/destinations, smart partitioning, processing guarantees, computation and scheduling model, state management and dynamic topology/DAG changes. We will also discuss how these features affect time to market and total cost of ownership. In addition to this we will go over an outline to migrate existing Storm topologies to Apex using a sample use-case and a reference architecture.
