To stay competitive in the world today, it is critical that organizations develop strategies around data analysis. The faster a business can ask questions, the faster they can get answers from their data.

Join Balaji Mohanam as he provides details on how enterprises are innovating with Apache Spark. He will provide an overview of the Spark architecture,  information on specific use cases and share code base for some of the examples. In particular, he will discuss user-facing advanced analytical applications, machine learning in manufacturing, operations analytics with Spark, and traditional batch ETL vs. streaming ETL.

In addition, Balaji will provide an overview of Spark on Yarn vs. using Spark as a standalone application. You’ll come away with a better understanding of how you can use Spark to power big data applications to drive business value and stay competitive.
