ABOUT THE EVENT
Join us for evening hosted by O'Reilly Media & Pepperdata of insightful talks, good food and drinks, and connecting with the bay area data community.
Monitoring can be much harder than it sounds. In this meetup, co-presented by Sean Suchter, Co-Founder and CEO of Pepperdata, and Ted Dunning, Chief Applications Architect at MapR Technologies, we will talk about how the introduction of containers and moving to a micro-service architecture changes what and how you need to monitor things. Then, we will discuss how the same capabilities that enable micro-services can enable the monitoring that we need, and how to build a scalable model which can deal with hundreds of thousands of data points per second.
